Welcome to the Team, Ruby!

Ruby was born and raised in New Mexico and earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Health & Human Services from Eastern New Mexico University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree and professional licensure.

Before joining LPDO, Ruby worked in grant-funded programs focused on juvenile justice and substance abuse prevention and has extensive experience serving at-risk youth and individuals experiencing homelessness.

Passionate about helping others, Ruby is committed to ensuring every client feels heard, valued, and supported. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children, attending their soccer games and dance recitals, and relaxing with a good book or baking.

This year marks 3 years since we started RC in honor of Rachael following her premature passing in January 2023. Rachael was a deeply compassionate and dedicated MH panel attorney who gave so much to those around her.

RC continues to honor her spirit by keeping court attire, hygiene essentials, snacks, water, and other protective items available for MH clients in need. ❤️
