The fight for fair maps continues. Texas asked the Supreme Court to revive its mid-decade, racially-gerrymandered maps, and Justice Samuel Alito responded by issuing an emergency stay. But MALDEF continues to fight. On Monday, we filed our response to the Court. We’re standing firm to protect fair districts and ensure Latino voters are not silenced. https://www.maldef.org/1je6

Congratulations to MALDEF for this win!
