AAF Lubbock is collecting non-perishable food items to support the South Plains Food Bank! Donations can be dropped off now through November 20th at the Texas Tech Student Union Building (15th and Akron Ave) at either of the information desks on the first floor.

Happy birthday, Governor Sandy!

Please join us in wishing a very Happy Birthday to AAF District 10 Governor, Austin Sandy! 🎂

Austin’s guidance is rooted in deep experience– from helping build AAF East Texas, to consecutively serving as Membership Chair, Programs Chair, President, Immediate Past President, and Awards Chair. At that point, there was no stopping him. Austin moved into District 10 leadership as Programs Chair, Social Media Chair, 2nd & 1st Lt. Governors, and now Governor of D10, serving clubs across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

His vision, creativity, and passion for advocacy and connection have shaped the success of our district and the communities we serve. Austin’s commitment to uplifting others and advancing the advertising industry reminds us what true leadership looks like.

Raider Cre8ive, the student-run advertising agency at Texas Tech College of Media & Communication, develops full advertising campaigns each fall semester for local clients. The team is partnering with Literacy Lubbock for a second year to help increase brand awareness and support its mission to provide educational opportunities across the community.
