The Band Christmas Concert is coming up on Tues, Dec 12th and the Boosters is hosting our traditional Cookie Reception following the concert, in the band hall. For this we need volunteers to bring cookies. They can be homemade or store bought. About 150 dozen cookies are needed to pull off a great cookie reception. Please sign up through the link below, where all the details about dropping cookies off, etc are provided.

We'll also need help to help set up for the reception, serve the cookies and clean up. Host/hostess volunteers will also help with the Christmas basket raffle. You may sign up through the same link listed below.

Good Morning Parents! We've had a bus chaperone drop out this week because of sickness, so we need a new volunteer to accompany the students to Wichita Falls tomorrow! Please consider signing up to make sure all the buses are covered.

AND if you are not planning on going to Wichita Falls tomorrow, we are still in great need for Concession Stand volunteers at Pirate Stadium. If we do not staff the concession stand, we cannot open and then do not have an opportunity to raise much needed funds for the Band Boosters. Your help is vital to the commitment the Boosters have for helping the band students in many ways throughout the entire school year and the summer time.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
If you aren't traveling to the game this Friday, we need volunteers in the concessions stand for the Playoff Game being hosted at Pirate Stadium. Please volunteer your time this Friday. I know it says 5-10 pm on the sign-up, but if you can't get there until a little later that's ok too. The game starts at 7.

The Visitor's Side Concession Stand is run by the LCP Band Boosters and is one of our biggest fund raisers. However, we do have several open spots for Field Help during the halftime show. If you aren't signed up for anything else, please help the students out on the field. The signup link is below.

Hey parents! There has been an update to the timing on Thursday night's playoff game. It is scheduled for 5:00 pm, so the Concession Stand help will need to start earlier as well. Ms. Cheryl has asked if volunteers could be there at 4:00, or as soon after as possible, to begin set up.

For the game on Friday that LCHS is hosting...the volunteers for this night can be high school students who need service hours for their individual school memberships (NHS, etc). So, encourage your students to sign up with you and all the needed positions will get filled quickly.
