IATSE Local 865 We are a stagehand labor union based in Midland/Odessa, TX. We are looking for stagehands to work with us.

We pay and treat our people well with respect they deserve.

Need people to work at the Buddy Holly Hall (1300 Mac Davis Lane) for the Broadway musical "Anastasia" June 20 and 21, 2022.

We will be loading in and setting up the show June 20 and loading out June 21. More people will be needed June 21 for the night shift, so if you can only do night, let me know.

Base pay is $20 an hour. Any hours worked before 8am or after midnight will be overtime (so $30/hr).

Hours:

June 20: 7am to 8am is COVID testing (you get paid for this hour). Work starts at 8am and goes until noon. Some people may need to come back after lunch depending if the show needs them. So expect to work after lunch if necessary until 3pm - 5pm.

June 21: Start at 10pm and work until finished. You will get paid a minimum of 4 hours for this night shift even if we don't work the entire 4 hours. 2 of the hours will be overtime.

If you can only work the June 21 night shift, that's fine, just let me know.

This job is not a 1 time thing. If you show up and work, you will be contacted again in the future for other shows.

This is IATSE Local 865, a stagehand union. We need people to work at the Abilene Convention Center (1100 N 6th St.) for the Broadway musical "South Pacific" on April 7th 2022.

We will be loading in the show in the morning, set up and loading them out at night, all on April 7.

Hours:

7am to 8am is COVID testing (you will get paid for this hour). Work starts at 8am and goes until noon. There will be a 15 minute break during this time with doughnuts and coffee. Some people may need to come back after lunch depending if the show needs them.

10pm and work until finished. You will get paid for a minimum of 4 hours for this night shift even if we don't work the entire 4 hours. 2 of the hours will be overtime.

Since this is a stagehand union, pay is done differently. Base pay is $20 an hour. Any hours worked before 8am or after midnight will be overtime (so $30/hr) and morning & night shifts are each paid in 4 hour minimums.

There will be paperwork to fill out when you come to work. This job is not a 1 time thing. If you show up and work, you will be contacted again in the future.

We will be loading in the show on the morning of April 4th and loading them out on night of April 5th.

Since this is a stagehand union, pay is done differently. Pay is $20 an hour but any hours worked before 8am or after midnight will be overtime (so $30/hr) and shifts are done with 4 hour minimums.

There will be paperwork to fill out when you come to work. This job is not a 1 time thing. If you show up and work, you will be contacted again for more work in the future. The work is easy and we take care of people who show up to work.

Need people to work at the Wagner Noel Performing Arts Center for the Broadway show "Beautiful: The Carole King Musical" on February 7th 2022 in MIDLAND/ODESSA, TX.

We will be loading in the show in the morning and loading them out at night.

Hours: 7am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch at noon and two 15 minute break while working. Come back at around 9:30pm and work until we are finished (possibly 1am).

Any hours worked before 8am or after midnight will be overtime (so $40.50/hr).

There will be paperwork to fill out when you come to work.

Need people to work at the Buddy Holly Hall for the Broadway show "An Officer and A Gentleman" on January 11th and 12th. We will be loading in the show on the 11th and loading them out on the 12th. The work is not hard.

January 11th: 7:30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch at noon.

January 12th: 10pm to until finish (maybe 2am). You will get a minimum of 4 hours for this day.

Any hours worked before 8am or after midnight will be overtime (so $30/hr). So for January 12th, you will get $20/hr for 2 hours and $30/hr for 2 hours.

There will be paperwork to fill out when you come to work on the 11th.

READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY:

- YOU MUST HAVE A VALID UNEXPIRED ID AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD TO WORK.

- Do not apply if you don't plan to show up. If you can't work both days, don't contact.

- The show will be testing people for COVID on the 11th before the job starts and masks will be required. You won't be able to work if you test positive.
