🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

This week, we’re spotlighting Kristen Bourgeois, our Finance & Operations Director!

For nearly three years, Kristen has helped keep Snow Belt Housing running strong behind the scenes. What motivates her most? Knowing that the work we do—big or small—helps provide safe housing and positive opportunities for individuals and families throughout our community. 💚

🌿 Fun fact: When she’s not keeping things running at Snow Belt, you might find Kristen golfing, traveling, trying a new restaurant, tackling a house project… or adding another plant to her ever-growing “jungle.” 🪴😂

Thank you, Kristen, for everything you do for Snow Belt Housing and the communities we serve!

🌟 Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

Say hello to Kelly Amidon, Property Manager at Valley View Courts! 🏡💚

Kelly has been with Snow Belt Housing for one year and says one of her favorite parts of the job is getting to work with and meet all different kinds of people every day.
When she manages to find some free time (her words: “I don’t have free time” 😂), Kelly enjoys grabbing a tea from Get Balanced, reading, sitting on the beach, family vacations, and Sunday dinners. ☕📚🏖️

We’re lucky to have Kelly as part of the Snow Belt team and appreciate everything she does for our residents and community! 💚

✨ Meet the Team… AGAIN! ✨

Because Brandy’s original post mysteriously disappeared into the Facebook abyss 👀… and we refuse to let her miss out on the love, we’re sharing it again! 💚

Meet Brandy Kirch, our Homeless Case Manager! Brandy has been part of the Snow Belt Housing team for 5 years, helping people find stable housing, rebuild their lives, and move forward during some of their most difficult times.

Outside of work, Brandy stays busy with her husband, four children, two dogs, chickens, and ducks; and enjoys camping, cruising, riding motorcycles, and making memories with her family. 🏕️🏍️🐓

So if you already showed Brandy some love the first time around… do it again! 😂💚 We’re pretty sure Facebook can’t get rid of her twice.

🏠 Making an Impact in Our Community

In 2025, Snow Belt Housing’s Homeless Program served 153 individuals and families, helping connect our neighbors with the resources and support they need to work toward housing stability.

Behind every number is a person, a family, and a story. We’re grateful for our dedicated staff, community partners, and supporters who help make this work possible. 💚

Together, we’re helping build a stronger, more stable community-one person at a time.

👋 Meet the Team Monday!

This week, we're introducing Jeremy Chartrand, our Property Management Director.

For more than 8 years, Jeremy has been dedicated to serving the residents and communities of Snow Belt Housing. What motivates him most is building meaningful relationships and helping residents overcome challenges so they can thrive. His leadership, compassion, and commitment make a difference every day.

When he's not at work, you'll likely find him cheering on his two sons at their sporting events, spending time with friends, or rooting for his favorite sports teams!

Thank you, Jeremy, for your dedication to our residents and for everything you do to make Snow Belt Housing a place people are proud to call home. 💚

Stay tuned each Monday as we continue introducing the amazing people who make our mission possible!

🌟 Introducing Meet the Team Monday! 🌟

At Snow Belt Housing, we're fortunate to have an incredible team dedicated to serving our residents and strengthening our communities. Over the coming weeks, we'll be introducing the people behind the work through our new Meet the Team Monday series!

This is a great opportunity to get to know the friendly faces you may see at our properties, in the office, or out and about in the community; and to learn a little more about the people who help make Snow Belt Housing what it is.

This week, we're kicking things off with Jamie Haggett, our Administrative Assistant!

Jamie has been with Snow Belt Housing for five months and plays a key role in keeping things organized behind the scenes. She takes pride in supporting her teammates so they can focus on serving our residents.

Outside of work, Jamie is a proud wife, mother, grandmother, and dog mom. She enjoys traveling (especially to the mountains!), kayaking, gardening, reading, and taking scenic drives to discover new places.

When asked what motivates her each day, Jamie shared:

"I enjoy helping others, and I know I am strong with numbers and details, so I combine those strengths in the work I do. I take pride in keeping things moving behind the scenes and supporting others so they can focus on their work."

Thank you, Jamie, for everything you do for our team and the communities we serve! 💚🤍
