COME DRUM WITH US! We are hosting a Drum Circle at the Village Park in Lyons Falls (Laura Street), on July 11th, rain or shine! It will take place from 6-8pm, around a fire. Please bring a chair! This is always a fun time, and we hope you can join us!

Starting another Yoga class in Lyons Falls...

YOGA starts again next week! Where: Forest Presbyterian Church, Lyons Falls. When: Wednesdays starting January 7th, from 2:30-3:30pm. This class is for Everyone! All ages, and abilities! Taught by Ash Fletcher, (she is amazing!). There is a $6 gratitude fee per class. ($60 if you want to pay ahead, you will get one week free). Please bring a Yoga mat, or thick towel. Our Guided Meditation and Essential Oils class scheduled for today from 2-3:30pm at The Lowville Library has been rescheduled. New day is December 4th, from 2-3:30pm at our Lowville Office located at 7632 N. State Street.

Yoga classes starting in Lyons Falls on November 3rd, held at Forest Presbyterian Church, from 2-3. They will run for six weeks. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat or thick towel. $2 per class, per person, so $12 for the whole six weeks! (NRCIL is sponsoring $4 per person). THIS is a great deal! Join us and bring a friend!
