Whether you've never touched a handloom or you're a seasoned pro, this workshop will offer something for everyone. Two sessions are available, starting at 4:30PM or 5:45PM.

Tomorrow: create a happy cloud with your community ⛅
In this playful, hands-on workshop, artists will come together to create something bigger than themselves, one joyful Happy Cloud!

Each artist will receive a quarter section of the Cloudy character to trace and decorate using their own favorite colors, patterns, and creative ideas.
Once completed, the four unique sections are brought together, connecting each artist’s work into one full Happy Cloud. The final piece becomes a celebration of individuality and teamwork, showing how different styles, choices, and expressions can unite to form something beautiful.

Opening tomorrow! KEROUAC: Beat and Counterculture Portraits will be on view at Whistler House Museum of Art starting August 22 through October 31. 🎨
A lifelong artist, Jonathan Collins began working on this series of portraits in 2023, featuring writers from the 1940s to the 1970s.
Save the date for the reception on Saturday, September 12!
