UML’S RESPONSE? Wage increases below inflation, 25% parking fee increase; limiting the union’s ability to grieve discrimination and harassment.

The cost of coming to work going up. Our purchasing power going down. Fewer protections against harassment & discrimination. We deserve a fair contract that reflects our hard work - not one that leaves us falling further behind.
