Cheer Strength & Agility Training
Lowell Youth Cheer is excited to offer a FREE Strength & Agility Training Program for all athletes registered for Fall Cheer! Beginning Wednesday, June 10th, athletes will have the opportunity to participate in a weekly training session focused on building strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and overall athletic confidence.
Strength and agility training plays a key role in developing young athletes. These sessions help improve balance, coordination, body control, flexibility, and overall athleticism while building the strength needed for jumps, stunts, tumbling, and cheer performance. Training also builds confidence, discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic. Led by a certified performance trainer, each session is designed to be safe, fun, and age-appropriate, helping every athlete become stronger, more confident, and better prepared for the fall season.
Meet Coach Fox:
Hey Lowell Cheer, my name is Coach Fox!
Iβm a TPT Performance Coach who specializes in the development of female athletes. I help young girls build confidence through athletic training so they can show up in sport and in life as their strongest selves. My favorite part about coaching is having the opportunity to help kids fall in love with the process of getting better. When Iβm not coaching, Iβm playing with my 130-pound dog or spending time outdoors. Iβm excited to meet everyone and help make this summer one of personal growth, team growth, and confidence-building for Lowell Cheer!
