Date: Saturday, June 15, 2013
Time: 10:00 AM

When the United States flag (Old Glory) becomes worn, torn, faded or badly soiled, it is time to replace it with a new flag, and the old flag should be "retired" with all the dignity and respect befitting our nation's flag.

The ceremony will be in keeping with one of Global War Veterans’ core values of engaging younger generations in civic traditions that help bring us together as a city and as a nation. Thus, local area Boys Scouts, Girl Scouts & the Lowell High School Air Force JROTC will have a major role in this program. Please encourage and support our youth with your attendance.
