What do teenagers today really think about faith and community service?

Today marked Session 7 of the Tenx10 Faith & Service Project! We met with leaders from 8 churches as MBMM shared powerful insights from our recent Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) survey.The data highlights how 150+ youth aged 13–18 view their faith and their desire to serve their local communities. We are excited to use these findings to better support and empower the next generation!

Meet Our Allelon Gathering 2026 Program Leader

We are excited to welcome Mark Oestreicher ("Marko"), founding partner of The Youth Cartel, author, and leadership mentor, to Allelon Gathering 2026.

Marko will lead The Shape of Change: Self-Development for Pastoral Leaders, an interactive workshop that invites participants to reflect on their calling, clarify their vocational values, and cultivate authentic, purpose-driven leadership.

Strengthening partnerships through TENx10 Faith in Action in San Antonio, Texas. Grateful for the opportunity to worship together and meet with church leaders, youth leaders, and youth as we encourage relational discipleship and invest in the next generation.

Today, MBMM is blessed to host our Ordination Support Training, bringing together 14 pastors and ministry leaders for a day of learning, reflection, and fellowship.

We are grateful for everyone who participated and look forward to continuing to equip leaders who will faithfully serve their churches and communities.
