Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership First-Time Home Buyer Education Project Genesis consists of 9 hours of instruction over three-day series via zoom.

The classes are taught by MVHP staff and volunteering attorneys, lenders, home inspectors, and real estate brokers. Our classes are taught in English, Spanish and Khmer. We offer the following services:

This month, we're busting common homebuying myths and helping future homeowners separate fact from fiction.

Myth: “I make too much money to qualify for affordable homeownership programs.”

✅Reality: Many people are surprised to learn that income limits can be much higher than expected. In some Middlesex County programs, households earning up to $205,335 may still qualify.

Eligibility depends on factors such as household size, location, and the specific program—so don't assume you're ineligible without checking first!
