Hello everyone! It’s time for the Winterfest Window Decorating Contest—and thank you for your patience! We apologize for the late start. We’re all volunteers, and sometimes life gets in the way, but as they say, better late than never.

Without further ado, here are this year’s decorated windows!

No parking in downtown Lowell on Rt. 2/Commercial Ave on Saturday, December 6th

There will be no parking in the downtown area from Saturday, December 6th, at 8 a.m. until Saturday, December 6th, at 10 p.m. for the annual Parade of Lights. Violators may be cited or towed at the owner's expense. No parking signs will be placed in the prohibited areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

We have had a few changes to the schedule for Winterfest! We know it's going to be a cold one but come join us for our very own "Hallmark" event tomorrow!

Don't forget to bring your Toys for Tots to the Lowell Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Lowell Public Library, Loven Oven Pizzeria, Mexico Chiquito, Family Dollar, Cedar Creek Health Campus, McColly Realtors, Smith Chevy, Smith Ford, Tri-Creek Lumber & Walgreens.

Pet Supplies can be taken to Kimberly Sut Group - Listing Leaders Executive

Non-Perishable Food items can be brought to the Lowell Indiana Chamber of Commerce
