Mentor Spotlight: Yonatan De La Cruz Mota 💡

Yonatan De La Cruz Mota began his banking career in Puerto Rico before relocating to Rhode Island in 2013. Yonatan currently serves as the AVP Branch Manager for Centreville Bank’s West Warwick branch. He started mentoring with EparaTodos in 2024. This opportunity allowed him to support early-stage entrepreneurs from Spanish-speaking communities by providing culturally relevant guidance.

This inspired them to launch Pearl Home Care, a service that provides skilled medical care and emotional support, especially for those facing language barriers.

The Business Accelerator gave her the structure and support she needed, from business training to mentorship.
