💚🐮Celebrating Lea County 4-H on the Final Day of National 4-H Week🐑🐇

Today, we are wrapping up National 4-H Week by spotlighting Morgan Myers, our Lea County 4-H County Council Livestock Ambassador🍀

Morgan created a special video to share her 4-H story and celebrate the opportunities that make Lea County 4-H so special!

Through livestock projects, 4-H members learn so much more than how to care for and show an animal. They develop responsibility, patience, leadership, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic. From early mornings in the barn to the excitement of the show ring, these experiences help shape the next generation of leaders in agriculture and beyond🌱🐄

We are proud of Morgan for representing Lea County 4-H and helping share the impact of our program with our community!

As we celebrate the final day of National 4-H Week, we are proud to spotlight Gatlyn Smith, our Lea County 4-H County Council Shooting Sports Ambassador💚

Gatlyn created a special video to share his 4-H story and highlight the opportunities that make 4-H such an incredible experience for youth across Lea County!

Through Shooting Sports, 4-H members develop more than marksmanship skills. They learn responsibility, discipline, focus, sportsmanship, and respect, skills that will serve them far beyond the range🎯

From the shooting range to the show ring, the classroom, and beyond, Lea County 4-H is helping young people build confidence, discover their passions, and develop the skills they need to lead tomorrow!
