🇺🇸 We had the opportunity to meet with Senators Lujan and Heinrich, as well as Congressional Members Vasquez and Leger-Fernandez to advocate for Career & Technical Education, CTSOs like SkillsUSA, increased Perkins funding, and regulatory changes that will help keep our organizations strong and sustainable.

We are proud to represent our students, our programs, and New Mexico on the national stage. The future of our workforce starts with investing in CTE! That cannot happen without strong advocates in DC! 💪🔧🇺🇸

🇺🇸 We’re proud to have one of our young leaders representing SkillsUSA New Mexico at the Washington Leadership Training Institute (WLTI) this week!

He’ll spend the week developing his leadership skills, connecting with SkillsUSA members from across the country, and advocating for Career and Technical Education on Capitol Hill.

We’re proud to see our Wildcats Level Up and represent Lovington on the national stage! 💙🤍

This past weekend, our 2026–2027 SkillsUSA Officer Team came together to prepare for an exciting year ahead! Through team-building activities, strengthening our Program of Work, and discussing ways to improve and grow our chapter, we laid the foundation for a successful year.

We are proud of what we have accomplished so far and even more excited about what’s to come. With dedication, leadership, and teamwork, we’re ready to make this year one to remember. Stay tuned for all the great things ahead from our Lovington Chapter!
