Dear Moms,
Today, we want to hug each and every one of you tightly, quietly, and with endless gratitude.
Because a mother is not just a person.
She is the very first heartbeat we hear before we are born.
The first voice that calms our fears.
The first arms where every worry disappears.
The first person who loves us not for what we do, but simply because we exist.
A mother knows how to stay strong even when she is exhausted to tears.
She knows how to smile through worry.
She gives her last without ever calling it a sacrifice.
She keeps our childhood drawings, remembers our favorite meals, notices sadness in a single glance, and prays for us even when we are already grown.
And only as we grow older do we begin to understand how many sleepless nights, silent tears, hopes, prayers, and endless love were hidden behind the simple words:
“Did you eat?”
“Did you get home safely?”
“Please take care of yourself…”
Dear Moms, thank you for the gift of life.
For the warmth of your hands.
For patience without limits.
For believing in us when we could not believe in ourselves.
For creating a home our hearts always long to return to.
May your eyes shine with happiness more often than with tiredness.
May you always be surrounded by loving children, caring families, and people who protect your heart as tenderly as you have protected theirs all your life.
And may every mother hear the words she deserves most today:
“You are needed. You are loved. You are someone’s whole world.”
