If you’re strolling through Downtown Loveland this Saturday, make sure you stop and see us!

The Winter Holiday Council will be set up inside Artworks Loveland (📍 3rd St & N Railroad Ave) selling our beautiful Loveland ornaments — and yes… we’ll also have a sneak preview of the 2026 ornament! 👀✨

Stop by our table inside the Artworks Center for Contemporary Art to purchase this last year’s ornament — and get an exclusive first look at the brand-new 2026 ornament design before anyone else.

You have 2 weeks and one day left to enter!
Here are the details for this year’s contest:
📌 Deadline: December 25, 2025
📌 Eligible submissions: Fine line drawings, photographs, or sculptures
📌 Prizes:
• $200 for a design sketch only
• $500 for an ornament sculpture ready to mold with minimal revisions
• The first numbered ornament at no charge
• Option to purchase up to 10 additional ornaments at casting cost for friends and family
📏 Design requirements:
• Ornament (including loop for hanging) must fit within a 3" x 3" box, maximum 3/16" thick
• Front must include: “Merry Christmas,” “2026,” and “Loveland, Colorado” or “Loveland, CO”
• Artist’s signature will be placed on the reverse side
✨ The finished ornament will be cast in fine silver-bearing pewter, antiqued, hand-buffed, and boxed with a ribbon. A card with the winning artist’s biography and artistic statement will also be included.
📩 Submission instructions:
Send entries as a JPG file to [email protected] with the subject line:
“2026 LOVELAND ORNAMENT SUBMISSION.”
Please include name, contact information, and size of the design in the body of the email.

We still don't have enough volunteers for TOMORROW! If you can help, please do! We are 100% volunteer staffed and we need help. If you want to continue to see us do the work we do in Loveland, please consider contributing. This is the ONLY way we make money to keep going with the Namaqua Star and other installations around town.
