It’s a great look at how local students are getting hands-on exposure through jobsite field trips, earning certifications, and connecting directly with careers in the building industry. This is exactly the kind of work helping strengthen our talent pipeline across Northern Colorado.

More than 350 high school students from across Northern Colorado are set to exchange their textbooks for tool belts this month as they head to active construction sites to explore careers in the skilled trades.
