Woven Wisdom is a conscious collaboration of cultures, and many things woven into one: two clothing lines, (one in Panajachel, Guatemala, and one in Colorado, USA) a handmade jewelry line in the traditional beading technique of the Tzʼutujil Mayan, a boot line made from upcycled traditional Mayan fabric and car tire soles, a line of sacred geometric forms 3D printed in plastic, sandstone, and prec
ious metals, and finally a philosophic and philanthropic outreach through projects and workshops to educate and inform for the benefit of All. JUSTA supports communities and indigenous artisan collectives based in the villages around Lake Atitlan. Our clothing line Woven Wisdom, connects conscious consumers with original, upcycled, neotribal designs that bridge indigenous tradition with contemporary sustainable style. In total, the project supports over 20 indigenous artisans plus over 80 family members. Our artisans receive fair wages and opportunities for continuing education programs including language, computer, and finance workshops. We are proud to be a small organization representing and supporting sustainable products, producers, and production!
