We are proud to say that we will be supporting BAWA this week! We finally have one in Colorado and our members are thrilled!!!

Pheasants Forever - Official has created thousands of acres of public access across the U.S. through the Build a Wildlife Area (BAWA) Program. Now our eyes are on a property in Washington County, Colorado (pictured here)! Acquiring this land will allow us to restore hundreds of acres of native prairie habitat and open the property to public hunting access. 🌾

Northern Colorado (CO) - 0395​ is excited to announce the ​Northern Colorado Clays For Conservation Event​ on ​8/15/2026, and you’re invited!

2026 Fall Sporting Clays Event

Grab your favorite boomstick and three of your best friends—or three friends who can actually aim — and join us August 15 at 8:00 a.m. for the annual NoCo Pheasants Forever Sporting Clays Event at Great Guns Sporting. Register individually or as a team of four. All ages and skill levels are welcome, and prizes will be awarded to the top teams. Sponsorship and partnership opportunities are also available.

Event Proceeds

Proceeds will support the fourth annual NoCo Pheasants Forever Scholarship Program, which awards a $2,500 scholarship to a college student from Larimer or Weld County pursuing a degree related to agriculture, wildlife management, rangeland management, conservation, or a related field.

Event Highlights

Sporting Clays Fun: Test your skills on Great Guns’ world-class sporting clays course. Targets simulate the flight patterns of various game birds, creating a fun and authentic shooting experience.

Raffle: Enter for a chance to win great prizes while supporting local conservation and education efforts. 1 or 2 Sh****ns will be raffled off!
Youth Participation Encouraged: This family-friendly event is a great opportunity for youth to learn, improve their skills, and enjoy the sport in a welcoming environment.

Lunch IS Included
