Coles Foundation Inc.

Coles Foundation Inc. GreenWorks is getting ready to come back, and we’re looking for a few solid adults to help us lead the next crew.

We’re hiring PAID CHAPERONES / TEAM LEADERS at $20 an hour to help supervise, guide, and mentor our youth while we’re out working in the community.

You must be 21+, have lawn care or property cleanup experience, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.

This is bigger than cutting grass and cleaning lots — we need people who can lead, teach work ethic, hold our youth accountable, and be a positive example.

If that sounds like you, reach out now so we can start building our team before GreenWorks gets back rolling.

Congratulations to our GreenWorks 2nd Cohort on completing the very first GreenWorks Program!

This group worked through the heat, the rain, and every challenge that comes with working outside. You showed up, stayed committed, worked together, and got the job done.

Along the way, you learned more than just how to cut grass. You learned teamwork, responsibility, communication, and confidence by going door to door, talking to people you didn’t know, and earning your money through hard work.

We’re proud of every one of you for staying busy, staying productive, and trusting the process. Hopefully, this experience showed you that hard work pays off and that there’s value in learning a skill and putting it to work.

This is only the beginning. Be on the lookout for more youth programs and opportunities from Cole’s Foundation Inc. and Hope By Hope as we continue creating opportunities for young people in our community.
