What an incredible weekend supporting the VIPs Tournament! ❤️

It was amazing to see so many volunteers show up, give their time, and help make this event such a success. The smiles, encouragement, and genuine support throughout the weekend are another reminder of what makes our community so special.

We’re always proud to celebrate the people and organizations making a difference right here in Louisville. When our community comes together, great things happen!

Sometimes the best reminder of what truly matters comes from a few hours on a pickleball court.

Today we had the privilege of playing pickleball with the amazing athletes and families from Down Syndrome of Louisville. There were plenty of laughs, countless smiles, and more hugs than I could count. ❤️

It’s incredible how a simple game can bring people together, break down barriers, and remind us that joy is contagious. These moments aren’t about keeping score—they’re about connection, encouragement, and celebrating each other.

Thank you to everyone who made today so special. I left the court with a full heart and a renewed appreciation for this incredible community. Looking forward to the next time!

Today’s inaugural event at Mariposa was an incredible success.

The love, compassion, and engagement shown by the Mariposa staff was unlike anything I’ve experienced at any of our P4O events.

Courtney was great. Every time she hit the ball over the net—and she did it every single time—her face lit up with the biggest smile. April and I fed her balls for at least five minutes, and each successful shot brought the same joy and excitement as if it were her very first.

Thank you to all of our volunteers who made today possible. The smiles, laughter, and connections we witnessed today are exactly why Pickleball4Others exists.

As an added bonus, I expect 4–5 members of the Mariposa staff to join us at Community Day this Saturday. After seeing the passion they have for the people they serve, I think you’ll enjoy meeting them.
