Happy Pride Month from the Louisville Pride Foundation! This month, we celebrate the vibrant, diverse LGBTQIA+ community in Louisville and around the world. No matter where you are on your journey, you have a place here.

All year long, we work to cultivate a place where everyone is free to embrace their identity. Despite the obstacles in our way, history shows us that we can overcome any hurdle when we stand together.

This year's theme is "Emboldened, Empowered: Pride in the face of Opposition", an ode to our unwavering commitment to acceptance, affirmation, and equality. With over 22,000 attendees, our festival is one of the largest LGBTQ+ events in Kentucky. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Our fundraising women's brunch, Bloom: A Celebration of Becoming, is almost here! Don't miss your chance to be a part of the discussion on identity, transformation, and wellness. 🌸 Build connections, enjoy delicious food, and support your local community.

Our featured speakers have been doing hard work in the community as leaders and advocates. Dr. Kaila Story, professor, activist, and author of "The rainbow Ain't Never Been Enuf", has been exploring identity and self-transformation throughout her career. Erica Fields has been a dedicated advocate in the art and LGBTQ+ space in Louisville, showing up and leading with passion. Hannah Wilson, raised on a beef cattle farm in Bradfordsville, Kentucky, is a civil litigation attorney fighting for civil rights while speaking up for Kentucky's underserved populations.
