KY-0413 Troop Open House Dates, this Monday/Tuesday ! - Aug 15th at SECC & 16th at Crestwood (Oldham Co) campus, from 6:30pm to 8pm at both locations.
For New and Returning Members, an important opportunity for new members to meet current members, share information and calendar schedules, and develop fellowship within each Patrol going forward. Current Members, you can make this a great event for New Members as tables will be set up by Patrols, by attending you will be sitting with new families as informational packets will be distributed, short presentation and introductions will be made, a Q&A session & light refreshments will be provided, fellowship will happen, and our Troop will continue to grow with Our Fathers Blessing. Games & activities will be provided for Trailmen and youth who attend.
August 22nd/23rd - Our 1st Regular meeting and New member Orientation begins for the 2022/2023 Troop year.
August 29th/30th - 2nd Regular Meeting
Pause for the Labor Day Holiday
Sept 12th/13th 3rd Regular Meeting - get ready to campout !
Sept 16th/17th - 2 night Beginners Camp for Woodlands Patrols, at Taylorsville Lake State Park in Spencer Co. Trailmen can attend for one night, or both. This campout is designed primarily for Woodlands Trailmen, but all Troop Trailmen are welcome ! Nav/Adv Trailmen can hike/fish and earn service hours by being mentors, instructors, and assisting in various roles. More details to come.
A full calendar through May 2023 will be made available at the Open House, and through TLC for current members.
