The meeting provided an opportunity for open dialogue, questions, and shared understanding between leadership and team members. It reinforced the importance of working together as one body to meet the needs of refugees and youth in Maratane.

Language Youth RFG Ministries leaders convened with the LYRM team in Maratane Refugee Camp for a strategic meeting focused on reinforcing organizational standards, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and ensuring effective and ethical service delivery.

The session emphasized accountability, leadership development, teamwork, and respect for community values. Leaders also discussed best practices for engaging refugees, supporting families, and addressing youth needs with sensitivity and professionalism.

This meeting marked an important step in strengthening internal coordination and reaffirming our commitment to long term impact, sustainable programs, and compassionate service within the refugee community.

During our recent gathering in Goma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, 🇨🇩 something truly meaningful took place.
One of our dedicated team members stood before the group and read aloud the Global Mission of Language Youth RFG Ministries (LYRM) a moment that filled the room with unity, purpose, and renewed commitment.

As the words of our global mission echoed through the hall, the entire team was reminded of why we serve:
