Hi, I’m Anastasia.
I came to ACS with my sisters, Kiki and Drizella. I’ve been told I’m the “confident one,” but that might be a bit generous—I’m still learning that the world can be a safe place. I do best in calm, quiet spaces where I can take things at my own pace and just feel secure.
Right now, I’m in a big, busy shelter, which can feel pretty overwhelming at times. I don’t have familiar people from my past, but I do have kind, patient cat staff who are helping me learn, grow, and start to feel more comfortable. With their support, I’ve really started to come out of my shell. I’ve discovered toys, and now I actually enjoy playing—sometimes quite a lot! I’m also becoming more comfortable around other cats.
I have a lot of potential to be an amazing cat someday. I just needed someone to help set me up for success and give me the time and space to get there. I may grow into a more independent girl over time—torties do have a reputation for that—but I’ll always do best with patience and understanding.
I’m spayed, up to date on my vaccines, and microchipped, so I’m all ready for my next chapter.
And if you’ve got room in your heart for a special trio, I’d really love to stay with my sisters, Kiki and Drizella. We’ve been through everything together, and getting to keep that bond would mean the world to us.
