The Have A Heart Clinic is a 501(c)(3) organization founded on the belief that “free care doesn’t have to cost much.” Based in Louisville, Kentucky, the Have A Heart Foundation provides quality, complete cardiovascular care to individuals all over Kentucky via the Have A Heart Clinic. Since 2008, the Clinic’s volunteer cardiovascular specialists have met with and treated patients from all over Ke

ntucky and Southern Indiana. Indigent patients travel from all parts of Jefferson County and the surrounding region to be diagnosed, treated and educated about heart disease prevention. Our patients are often referred to the Clinic because either they cannot afford the high premiums mandated by insurance plans or they have the wrong insurance (i.e., their provider does not accept Medicaid coverage).

We are still blown away by the support behind our 4th Annual Have a Heart Golf Scramble! ❤️⛳️

Because of our incredible sponsors, donors, golfers and volunteers, this year’s event was our most successful yet. Increasing our donations by nearly 60%.

Every sponsorship, donated basket item, round of golf, volunteer hour and behind-the-scenes gesture helped make this possible. A little truly goes a long way when an entire community comes together.

Thank you for believing in the mission of Have a Heart Clinic and helping us continue providing cardiovascular care, screenings, education and support to those who need it most.
