University of Louisville Trager Institute The University of Louisville Trager Institute works to improve the lives of older adults and transform our understanding of healthcare.

06/24/2026

As populations age, one of healthcare’s most pressing challenges is not just extending life, but improving the quality of those added years.

“Aging Better” highlights how we are advancing research, education and care to support healthier aging, in partnership with the University of Louisville Trager Institute.

This work is strengthening physicians’ ability to care for an aging population with precision and dignity by deepening insight into complex chronic conditions and advancing more personalized, patient-centered approaches.
