Some of the most important people on the field never put on a helmet.
If you’ve ever wondered who keeps track of the details, answers the questions, sends the reminders, finds the missing things, checks on the kids, helps the coaches, communicates with families, solves the problems nobody knew existed, and somehow keeps everything moving on game day…
Meet some of our Lyndon Lightning Team Moms. 🧡
Not all of our amazing Team Moms are pictured here, but every single one of them plays an important role in keeping our Lightning family moving.
They are so much more than a title. They are the heartbeat behind so much of what happens within our Lightning family.
They serve our players. They support our coaches. They take care of our families. They know our kids, encourage them, celebrate them, and look out for them. And whether it’s their own child or someone else’s, when you’re part of the Lightning family, they’re all ours.
Most of what our Team Moms do happens quietly, behind the scenes, without anyone ever knowing it needed to be done. They don’t do it for recognition. They do it because they care about these kids and this organization.
Football may bring us to the field, but it’s people like these who help turn a team into a family.
So today, we’re giving a little love to the women who spend so much time giving it to everyone else.
