🩷🏈 LYNDON LIGHTNING GOES PINK! ⚡🎀

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the Lyndon Lightning family is standing together in support of the fighters, celebrating the survivors, honoring those we’ve lost, and encouraging those still on their journey.

On and off the field, we know the power of teamwork, strength, and community. This month, we’re bringing that same spirit to a cause that touches so many families.

💗 PINK OUT! Wear your pink proudly, spread awareness, encourage regular screenings, and remind those affected by breast cancer that they are not alone.

Happy National Coaches Day to all of our Lyndon Lightning Coaches!!

On this National Coaches Day: Here's to the coaches who get it.

The ones who know that they're coaching more than just athletes.

They're coaching the next generation of humans who will go out into the world one day and be more than their sports talent.

They will go on to be leaders.
And employees.
And community members.
And parents.
And neighbors.

And when they do?

The number of trophies they've collected will matter less.
The stat lines will become history.
The win-loss record will be hard to recollect.

But what will remain?

Their ability to overcome adversity.
The way they treat people.
The prioritization of their mental health over everything.
The lessons learned about time management.
Their integrity.

So here's to those coaches who don't forget about that in the current culture that tends to focus on winning.

It doesn't mean they stop coaching athletes to to be their best when they play. It doesn't mean they stop coaching kids to win. Or that they stop doing technical drills or setting the team up for success.

It just means they realize that everything else matters more.

So to these coaches:
Thank you...

Thank you for teaching more than just how to win the game..... but how to win at life.
