Please tune in to the December issue of the Veterans for Peace (VFP) Radio Hour Louisville coming up soon (details below).

This month we are doing something a little different by sharing a November show by fellow veterans and VFP members Jim Wohlgemuth and Harvey Bennet, producers of the VFP Radio Hour in Nashville, TN.
In this show they share several important clips that link Israeli atrocities with US atrocities that you may have missed while celebrating Thanksgiving. They share the voices of Ta-Nehisi Coates, Michelle Alexander, and Rashid Khalidi from a show aired on Democracy Now and then Norman Finkelstein from an interview he did with Krystal Ball on Breaking Points. All related personal experiences showed how what is going on in Gaza by Israel (with our taxpayer complicity) is connected to what the US has been doing for a long time. Alexander relates the words of Dr. King, Coates the connection to the lives of his parents and grandparents, Khalidi our genocide of Native Americans, and Finkelstein with Nat Turner.

I'M SORRY but John's show did not air this month due to a programming issue. But you can catch this show next month on the 4th Mon, Tue and Wed of November. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Carol

Mark your calendars for the October WFMP 106.5 FM Veterans for Peace Radio Hour coming on Oct 23, 24 & 25. Veteran member, John Wilborn, this month’s host, never fails to present thoughtful and meaningful discussion, and this time is no different as he presents the book Propaganda, Lies and false Flags, subtitle How the U.S. Justifies Its Wars by Robert Fantina. A good journalist must ask five questions: who, what, when, where and why. In this book those questions are asked and then discussed in detail.

So, please tune in to Forward Radio, WFMP 106.5 LP FM Louisville on:

Monday, Oct 23 – 1:00 PM.

Tuesday, Aug 24 – 7:00 PM

Wednesday, Aug 25 – 8:00 AM
