According to Highland Park Masonic Lodge Member, Jeffrey Woods, this Lodge now welcomes Applications for Membership from all people including those who maybe Black or other People of Color. As this Lodge has never had a Black member, this is a big change of course for the Lodge. To become a member you must Ask 1 to Become 1. This means you must ask a current member for a Petition to Join. If interested, contact Master Rob Jones @ 554-2009, or Grand Lodge Chaplain Larry Johnson @ 417-5052.
Becoming a Mason is Open to all Males 18 and Older.

I think it is amazing. Since the Lodge and its members have been exposed for their discrimination of People of Color, No one from the Lodge has come forward and said it was not true. Jeffrey Woods has danced around the issue by saying anyone can ask to join, but reality is if you are of Color, especially Black, you're not getting it.
I know many of you are shocked by this revelation and are having a hard time accepting or believing the facts, but take a deep breath and ask yourself one question, What type of organization excludes people simply based on their Color?

Boycott the Highland Park Fish Fry! Here's Why --- What does a Fish Fry and Racism have in common? At most places like Mike Linnings, Moby Dick or Long John Silvers, probably nothing. But the Fish Fry at Highland Park Lodge they go hand in hand. Since its inception over 100 years ago, this Lodge has had Zero members who are any Color but White. Many people of Color have applied, but have always been "Black Balled" due to their skin color. This is Racism at its best. Every dollar you spend at this place goes directly to help running this Lodge and keeping People of Color from joining. --- You most likely wouldn't support Groups which funded Terrorism, or groups like the K*K, but this organization, even though the fish is good, is not much different. The money they receive from sales at the Fish Fry goes to keep it White! Be a Good Citizen and Buy your Fish Elsewhere and Tell the Lodge to Open their Membership to All People!
