Calling all plant lovers!

The Kentucky Orchid Society is holding our annual show and sale on September 26 and 27, featuring extravagant displays of all varieties of exotic orchids. You will see award winning plants, with ribbons and awards determined by certified American Orchid Society judges. Bring your cameras and enjoy our FREE show!

Multiple vendors will be selling plants, potting materials, and orchid themed clothing. A potting service will be available, allowing you to get your new bare root plant potted, or your favorite orchid from home repotted.

Raffles will be held throughout the show, featuring plants donated by vendors and items donated by local plant related businesses. You will not need to be present to win.

On Saturday at 2 pm, Dr. Ron McHatton, the American Orchid Society's Chief Education and Science Officer, will speak on "Orchid Pests and Diseases". Ron hosts the AOS "Greenhouse Chats" that can be found via the American Orchid Society website (aos.org). This will be an outstanding talk, with many useful tips on battling orchid pests successfully. On Sunday at 2 pm, there will be a demonstration on repotting a Phalaenopsis orchid, designed to help you learn to repot that beautiful orchid you bought at your local "big box" store, so that you can enjoy it for years to come.

Don't miss this great event!
