A HUGE thank you to Minerva Local Schools for welcoming I Hear You Project to present A.I.D. Training to all staff members on their first professional development day of the year! Not only did this district become one of the first to raise their hands to educate the *entire* staff in mental health awareness and advocacy, they did it with the student at the center focus. “Every Child. Every Minute. Every Day.” Thank you, Minerva staff, for the hospitality and for starting the trend!!

Residential Advisors are often the first line of defense for dorm difficulties; from roommate drama to struggles with mental health. Proud to have Gianna sporting the green tag, and even more proud of Northwood for making it the RA standard!
