Our mission is to cultivate a sense of belonging in nature and self, particularly for black youth, who have historically been underrepresented in outdoor spaces.

Our Junior Black Campers program is from ages 8-17. With the assistance of NCFL and their Let's get together outside program. Allowed us to expand to families and ages 0-5 for a spring cohort teaching them how to communicate and engage with one another.

We learned so much from one another!!!

Yesterday was loads of fun! We spent time with Louisville ECHO and Louisville Water Company 💧 Great day to learn how to build a filtration system

Yesterday was a cold day but our campers made it through. Perfecting their fire making skills and finishing off with some tasty smores.
The parents even gave it a whirl!!!

Junior black campers had to pick one of 3 inventors and do a presentation. They could me as creative as they wanted too be our not so creative. This camper created an audio Podcast about George Washington Carver! It was super dope creative and the kids loved it Ave were highly engaged!!!

It's black history month!!!! Talk your talk young lady!!!
Junior Black Campers had to pick a black inventor and do a presentation on them. The Campers could do as little or as much as they wanted too!

This young chose George Washington Carver she did a report and brought peanuts for everyone!!!!
