Cure CF is a group of parents that have kids w/ cystic fibrosis, and a few warrior friends, fighting Cure CF, Inc.

In early 2015, a small group of parents who didn’t know each other particularly well, decided to meet over a cold beer at a local brewery in Louisville, KY. The one thing we had in common... kids battling cystic fibrosis. That night the Klausings (Luke 8 years old at the time), the Foushees (Alex 2 years old at the time) and the Sweeneys (Samuel 8 months old at the time) decided to work tire

lessly to rally their city to join the fight to save their kids and beat CF once and for all. is 100% volunteer based: no employees, no salaries, no overhead; therefore, 100 % of all money raised goes to fund research for a cure. CRAFT, a local beer & pizza festival, is our signature event and is held every October. The event features a local CF Champion and in 2016, Cameron Herzog was the honoree. Since then, the Herzog family has joined the team and fights with us to cure this disease for CF Fighters worldwide!

On Thursday, Give For Good starts accepting donations. With our Board numbers down, we haven't had the manpower to put on as many events. So this event really helps us with our fundraising.

Reminder that we still have ZERO employees and 100% of your money goes to CF research. In 2024 we funded studies at Riley Children's Health and Norton Children's and we will fund more this year.
