🎨 2026 Via Colori Street Painting Artist Spotlight 🎨

Meet Tessa Walker! ✨

Tessa is a mixed-media artist with a serious love for drawing and COLOR. 🌈 Her work explores the female form through still-life, creating visual emotions that invite you to stop, look a little closer, and feel.

Her art captures the beautiful, complicated, sometimes messy experience of being a woman today — the many identities we carry, the roles we balance, and the stories that make us who we are.

For Tessa, there isn’t always one right way to interpret an artwork. Her goal is to create space for you to pause, connect, and find your own meaning in the image.

And now, she’s taking that vision from the canvas to the pavement! 🖌️✨

Some festival heroes work behind the scenes — and we couldn’t do Via Colori without them!

For years, Cardinal Moving Louisville KY Movers has partnered with Via Colori to help bring the festival to life. They move the festival to and from storage, getting everything where it needs to be, when it needs to be — and they do it with incredible skill, energy, and care.

🎨 2026 Via Colori Street Painting Artist Spotlight 🎨

Meet Keruwyn Lee Burns, a senior at Stivers School for the Arts in the Visual Arts magnet. Keruwyn’s work explores animals, mythology, horror, and the hidden meanings found in thoughtful details. 🐾✨

For Keruwyn, art is a language without words — a way to express feelings, ideas, and stories while connecting us to culture and history.

Their artistic journey began simply, with a notebook and pen during church, and has grown through the encouragement of family, honest critique, and a passion for color, anatomy, and visual storytelling.

We’re excited to see what Keruwyn brings to the pavement for Via Colori 2026! 🎨🖤

🎨✨ 2026 Street Painting Artist Spotlight ✨🎨

This year, we're excited to shine the spotlight on an artist who's usually working behind the scenes to help make Via Colori a success—Charlie Siravo! 🌈💜

If you've attended Via Colori before, there's a good chance Charlie has been helping wherever she was needed. As the event coordinator's eldest daughter, she's spent many festival weekends pitching in behind the scenes. But this year, she's trading her volunteer duties for a box of chalk and a square of pavement!

A little about Charlie:
"I'm a local artist who loves nature, world-building, and the quiet magic of a good story. While I usually spend festival weekends helping out wherever I can behind the scenes, given I'm the event coordinator's eldest daughter. This year, I'm focusing on the pavement and bringing my own square to life with something vibrant, whimsical, and imaginative."

We can't wait to see Charlie's imagination come to life as she transforms her square into a colorful work of art. Be sure to stop by, cheer her on, and see the magic unfold one piece of chalk at a time!
