Local 2501 SIBS Chairman Shannon Porter attended the 2018 CIC Leadership Conference this week at the ITC in Las Vegas where she learned communication skills, UBC History, and other Leadership tools that she will bring back to Louisville.

SIBS Sisters In The Brotherhood has been one of the most rewarding things in my life i could to do to give back to the community i worked in. Thanks to Shannon and Diana that have taken my place to make sure this continues on and to make it what they are passionate about. I thank you all and the committee. JD Ernst our president of our local 2501 and Annie our rep to make sure that it does with the support these ladies need to make it happen. So ladies continue on and make Louisville great by giving back and for people to understand what unions are really about. God bless you all and your efforts.
