This site is moderated by ACS members and is not a product of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy's national office. ACS as an organization does not lobby, litigate, or take positions on specific issues, cases, legislation or nominations.

ACS University of Louisville Student Chapter is the student branch of the American Constitution Society that exists at University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, KY. We host numerous programs of constitutional significance involving law students, faculty, and members of the legal and greater Louisville community as a whole. Our programs feature renowned advocates, scholars and judges addressing a wide range of legal and policy issues, and educate law students about the critical issues facing our country. We work closely with the ACS Kentucky Lawyer Chapter and the national office, to help our student members gain meaningful opportunities for professional development and mentoring; participation in substantive projects; and membership in both a local community and a national network.
