The Hillbilly Coalition, a local 501 (c)(3), is pleased to host the 20th annual Hillbilly Outfield Derby Bash on May 6-7, 2022. Our goal is to raise $40,000 to help provide hope and connection to those living with metastatic breast cancer. We expect between 400-600 people to attend the event this year! Known best as a traditional backyard Derby party, the Hillbilly Outfield is a family-friendly ev

ent featuring games and entertainment, a co****le tournament, live music on Friday and Saturday nights, lots of good food and a silent auction – it’s friends and families coming together to support a good cause and help a local charity. As a result of funds raised at our past celebrations, we have granted the wishes of many local children through the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In contributing more than $250,000 to Make-A-Wish, we’ve touched the lives of dozens of local children and families. The Hillbilly Coalition, TWISTED PINK and, most importantly, those people served by TWISTED PINK, are very grateful for your generosity, and thank you in advance for your participation and support of this worthwhile event.

The party didn’t happen, but the giving back did! 🤗👏👏🥰

This year, in lieu of the 23rd Hillbilly Outfield, our online silent auction raised $7,000. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to show support to one of our very own Hillbilly kiddos, Max Schuster. You can follow Max’s journey at Thumbs Up For Team Max. 👍👍

Good morning. If you won a silent auction donation and have yet to schedule pick up please email me at [email protected].

If you have yet to pay you can pay 32auctions, with cash or email me for Venmo info.

There are only 6 people unscheduled, so I will only be doing schedule pick ups. Instead of being all day at the office on Tuesday for pick ups.
