TEDxUofL 2015 - INTERCONNECTED
will be the second installment of TEDxUofL, to be held at the Rauch Planetarium on February 28, 2015. In 2012, TEDxUofL addressed the three E's for the future: Education, Environment, and Entrepreneurship. In 2015, TEDxUofL will look deeper, beyond these three categories, and understand basic core elements of human existence that can chart a way forward. TEDxUofL is
independently organized by a diverse group of Graduate and Undergratduate student at the University of Louisville in the spirit of "ideas worth spreading." The theme of "Interconnected” was chosen to showcase our interests of using inter-disciplinary and collaborative approaches to address current issues. The event will be a series of live TED Talks given by a diverse selection of professionals, students, scientists, artists, and community leaders and their various perspectives. A small selection of pre-recorded TED talks will also be integrated into the programming. Talks will highlight local innovation and success, global initiatives, and delve into ideas from interdisciplinary speaking teams. The talks will not only engage audience members in a unique learning experience, but will also create an opportunity for everyone to share knowledge, culture, experiences, and action.
