Happy Wellness Wednesday, Cards! 🫶 Finding that you're struggling to start that discussion board post? A change of scenery or writing out a to-do list/prioritizing tasks helps you to lock in and get started 📝

Remember, you've got this!

(Image description: Rainbow colored 'aura' background for both images. Image 1- cartoon image of a light green heart with arms and legs, a happy expression on it's face. Image 2- text boxes in light yellow and light navy blue, cartoon stack of coral, yellow, and green colored books. Text: Image 1- Wellness Wednesday. From your friends at the DRC. Image 2- Decrease Barriers. Struggling to start a task? Decreasing barriers can help to reset your mind and jump start your motivation. Try working in a decluttered space- if not in your room or at home, try the library or a coffee shop for a change of scenery. Pro Tip: Create a visual reminder of tasks you need to do (planner, note in your phone, calendar) and prioritize urgent items first)
