🇺🇸 Our Digitization Committee is hard at work! We are beyond grateful for the support we receive from the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. 🇺🇸

We were pleased to welcome members of the John Marshall Chapter, NSDAR , to the SAR Library on Saturday for a day of digitization work and discussion.

Following a meeting on digitization and collection weeding, the chapter presented the SAR Library with a generous honorarium in support of the Library’s ongoing work to preserve and make our nation’s Revolutionary-era history accessible for future generations.

We are grateful to the John Marshall Chapter, NSDAR, for their generosity and continued support of the SAR Library! 📚

🇺🇸 We're a week and a half away from celebrating America's 250th Birthday!
🇺🇸 Who's ready? I know I am!
🇺🇸 Shout out your Revolutionary War Patriot if you have one!
🇺🇸 I'll start - My deepest appreciation goes to my 5th Great Grandfather Benjamin Piper and my 6th Great Grandfather Robert Ashby who recognized the importance of the cause and jumped in to create the nation that I love.
🇺🇸 God bless all who fought for the cause, and God bless America!
