Two reasons to celebrate this month!
May is recognized as National Egg Month, a time to celebrate the high-quality protein, essential nutrients, and versatility of eggs. Spearheaded by groups like the American Egg Board, the month highlights the nutritional value and affordability of eggs, encouraging creative recipes and farm-to-table appreciation—and we will add: beautiful posters including eggs!
Held annually on the first Saturday in May at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, the Kentucky Derby is the first leg of the Triple Crown and is traditionally known as ”The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports.“
