All proposals are selected through a peer review process and presenters will be provided with additional information regarding presentations at the time of acceptance. This will be an in-person conference. By submitting a proposal for conference, you are committing to present your presentation in-person, on-site during the conference. KOTA cannot guarantee that attendees will not share your work with others beyond the conference. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary copyrights to include work from others in your presentation, such as a previously published table or figure.
Presenters selected for the in-person conference will also be given the opportunity to record their presentation in advance to be utilized for future KOTA monthly district meetings. Presenters who choose to provide virtual content will be asked to submit 5 learning questions that will be included after their presentation for attendees to complete in order to access their CEU certificate.
Please submit application by: Tuesday June 30, 2026
You should be notified by email on or before August 1, 2026 of your proposal’s acceptance or rejection. A valid email address must be listed under presenter 1 of this application.
