Our mission is to be an innovative leader and community partner in empowering all people to achieve their goal of independent living. A Disability Rights & Resource Center for people with disabilities, governed by people with disabilities. We are located in Louisville, Murray and Bowling Green KY with services spanning the entire state of Kentucky. CAL operates on a cross disability basis, which m

eans that individuals will be served regardless of type of disability. Our experienced staff provides information, advocacy and services that create opportunities for people with disabilities to live as independently as possible. Independent living for people with disabilities means having the opportunity and responsibility to exercise their right to control their own lives and make their own decisions. We are excited to share that CAL Bowling Green's recent art workshop was featured on WNKY's morning news! 🎨💙

The workshop brought community members together to explore creativity, self-expression, and connection through art. We're proud of our Bowling Green team for creating opportunities that foster inclusion, engagement, and community involvement.

Sharing an upcoming series of free Summer Cooling Educational Workshops from Project Warm. These sessions provide helpful tips and techniques for staying safe during hot weather, along with information about available community resources.
