Do not believe The Hype, The Union is not gone! It was not gone the first time and it is not gone now. The Agency has, again, temporarily stripped employees of their Collective Bargaining Rights. This is an illegal move. We have already prevailed in court three times on these issues and will again. I think employees need to think on why they are so desperate to: eradicate labor and leave employees without a level playing field? When you start losing rights, it is a dangerous thing. First, Labor Rights. Then Civil Rights and Human Rights.. People have: sweat, toiled, gone to jail and died for these rights. Once they are lost, they are not coming back.
