Please join us in welcoming our newest staff member Lauren Thelle, who is serving on our administrative team as our new Field Coordinator.
Scouting holds a special place in Laurenβs heart since she was a girl scout growing up. Her son just recently joined Cub Scouting and watching him begin his own Scouting journey makes this new chapter even more meaningful for her.
Serving others has always been important to Lauren. She has had the opportunity to volunteer with Hand in Hand Ministries through faith mission trips, both locally and internationally, as well as serving through her church. She is excited to bring that same heart for service into her role within Scouting to help us make a positive impact on youth, families, and our community. Lauren also has a background as a preschool teacher and in customer service.
As our Field Coordinator, Lauren will be on the front lines of customer service, assisting with communications, membership/recruitment related items, social media, and other administrative duties to support our overall operations.
When not working, you can usually find her spending time with her son and her dachshund puppy, Penelope!
Lauren also enjoys coloring and sketching, being in nature, range and target practice, archery, and hiking.
We are excited for Lauren to begin her Scouting journey with the Lincoln Heritage Council! We know you will join us in giving her a warm welcome into our Scouting family!
