🚧 What an incredible day for NAWIC Chapter #97 Louisville & Southern Indiana!

Our first-ever Women Behind the Build Panel and Summer Intern Event was a huge success. Members, interns, and young professionals had the opportunity to hear from an amazing panel of women in construction, ask questions, learn from their career journeys, and tour the Meta Data Center project in Jeffersonville.

🏗️ NAWIC Members + Interns + Elections — this one is for you!

NAWIC Louisville & Southern Indiana Chapter #97 is hosting The Women Behind the Build – Summer Intern Event on June 8, and we are so excited to bring our members and their interns together for a day of networking, elections, learning, and jobsite inspiration.

We’ll start with group networking and lunch, followed by a moderator-led panel and Q&A. Then 2026/2-27 Board elections. Ending with an exclusive tour of Turner Construction’s progress at the Meta site in Jeffersonville.

📍 300 International Dr., Jeffersonville, IN
👷 PPE required: Type 2 hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, Type 2 hi-vis safety vest, and boots. Extras may not be available; please bring what you have.

From new members getting behind the controls for the first time to members with 35+ years in the industry cheering them on and sharing their knowledge — this was what NAWIC is all about. 💛
